• Develop a portfolio of new clients
• Actively prospect (cold calls, follow-ups, meetings)
• Negotiate agreements and close sales
• Maintain strong client loyalty through high-quality follow-up

• Base salary (to be discussed)
• Commission percentages among the highest in the industry
• Six-figure earning potential as early as the first year

• Sales experience (transportation experience is a major asset)
• Strong skills in prospecting and negotiation
